CaroTouch limits the collection of personal information to what is needed to answer your requests and manage appointments.
Information collected
When you book by phone or text, we receive your name, contact details, preferred treatment and length, and anything you voluntarily add to your message.
Why it is used
This information is used only to arrange and confirm your appointment, communicate with you about it and prepare for your visit. It is not sold or used for targeted advertising.
Direct appointment booking
Appointments are arranged directly with Caroline by call or text. CaroTouch does not currently use an online booking platform.
Retention and your rights
Information is kept only as long as needed to manage the appointment, provide agreed follow-up and meet applicable professional or legal obligations, then securely deleted. You may ask to access or correct your personal information.
