Information collected
When you book, the calendar may collect your name, contact details, chosen treatment and length, and anything you add voluntarily. If you contact us directly, we receive the information in your message.
Why it is used
This information is used only to arrange and confirm your appointment, communicate with you about it and prepare for your visit. It is not sold or used for targeted advertising.
Calendly and processing outside Quebec
Appointments are handled through Calendly, a third-party provider whose systems may process and store information outside Quebec. Calendly's terms also apply when you use its embedded calendar.
Retention and your rights
Information is kept only as long as needed to manage the appointment, provide agreed follow-up and meet applicable professional or legal obligations, then securely deleted. You may ask to access or correct your personal information.
